Specification Manager - External Wall Insulation

We are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate, and personable Specification Manager, to join a reputable and fast-growing EWI manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity with genuine progression prospects and the chance to join a growing business, with an excellent culture.

Package: 50,000 - 55,000 + 8,000 OTE + Car + 23 Days Annual Leave + Healthcare

Location: Covering North London & East Anglia

A Specification Manager will be required to carry out the following duties, among others:

-Build relationships with Architects, Local Authorities, Main Contractors and Installers in order to win and protect specifications in the region
-Identify new project opportunities, whilst also managing existing projects within the region - both new build and refurbishment
-Generate new sales leads through CPDs, calls, visits, video meetings and working with external lead providers
-Prepare and deliver accurate commercial reports to management with updates on sales activity, project pipeline and forecasts

Candidate Requirements: A Specification Manager will be required to have experience in a specification role, ideally within EWI but experience with building envelope will be considered. As well as this, candidates must have a can-do attitude.
