House Builder Sales Manager - Render & External Wall Insulation

We are looking to recruit a Hardworking, Tenacious and Creative Thinking House Builder Sales Manager, to join a market leading manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity with a good package, progression prospects and the chance to join an innovative business.

Package: 50,000 - 55,000 + 8,000 OTE + Car + 6% Pension + Healthcare + Benefits

Location: This is a national role, candidates will ideally be located as close the Midlands, or North West as possible, but candidates throughout the UK will be considered.

A House Builder Sales Manager will be required to carry out the following duties, among others:

-Develop and negotiate supply chain agreements with national and regional house builders

-Work with the wider sales team to increase product growth through the house builder network throughout the UK

-Identify key decision makers and build strong relationships selling value, expertise, and service

-Prepare and deliver update reports for management and the wider business

Candidate Requirements: A House Builder Sales Manager will be required to have experience building relationships and developing supply chain agreements with regional and national house builders throughout the United Kingdom. As well as this, candidates must have a tenacious, data and results driven attitude.
