Area Technical Manager - Flat Roofing

We are looking to recruit an experienced and personalble Area Technical Manager, to join a market leading flat roofing manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity with excellent earning potential and progression prospects.

Package: 55,000 - 65,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + 25 Days Annual Leave + Healthcare

Location: Across London & South East of England

An Area Technical Manager will be required to carry out the following duties, among others:

-Build relationships with Surveyors, Architects, Local Authorities and Roofing contractors to gain specifications for new build and refurbishment projects throughout the region

-Develop existing relationships as well as, identifying new business opportunities

-Work autonomously, managing area and time effectively, to ensure targets are achieved

-Report to the Regional Manager, with updates on sales activity, forecasting and projects

Candidate Requirements: An Area Technical Manager will be required to have experience selling flat roofing refurbishment solutions, ideally, although candidates with similar product experience may be considered.
