Area Sales Manager - Building Envelope Fixings

Package: 40,000 - 45,000 + 8,000 OTE + Bonus + Car + 24 Days Annual Leave + Healthcare + 5% Pension

Location: Based across the East Anglia and the South East

An Area Sales Manager will be required to carry out the following duties, among others:

-Work with other building product manufacturers and specialist Sub-Contractors to develop strong relationships and ensure products are used on projects across the region

-Work with the internal sales team to ensure customer service levels are maintained throughout the sales cycle

-Develop a plan to increase sales in the region through existing accounts and identifying new business

-Report to management using internal CRM and accurately forecast sales figures

Candidate Requirements: An Area Sales Manager will be required to have a minimum of 1 years' experience selling a building envelope or structural related building product. As well as this, An Area Sales Manager must be able to showcase persistence, humility and long-term career ambition.
